The finalists for the 2025 Southern Africa OSPAs have now been revealed! The Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) recognise and reward companies, people and innovation across the security sector. The OSPAs are designed to be both independent and inclusive, providing an opportunity for exceptional performers, whether buyers or suppliers, to be acknowledged and their success to be celebrated.
The awards are founded on strong ethical principles and are actively supported by numerous key industry bodies and special interest groups. These organisations nominate judges to represent them, including ASIS South Africa, Security Association of South Africa (SASA), South African Women in Security Network and Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA).
This year’s Southern Africa OSPAs awards ceremony will take place on 4th June 2025 at Securex South Africa, where we will announce this years’ winners.
Following the success of last year, winners from all categories (except Lifetime Achievement) of the 2025 Southern Africa OSPAs will be featured in the 2026 Global OSPAs! Winners will automatically qualify for the global competition.
The winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award will be inducted into the newly launched Security Hall of Fame. Learn more about this here.
