The inaugural South African OSPAs were launched on 16 July 2020 during a Thought Leadership Webinar chaired by OSPAs founder, Professor Martin Gill.
The topic of discussion was “Covid-19, where to now for private security in South Africa?” and the panel included:

Lizette Lancaster – Project Manager: Crime and Justice Information and Analysis Hub at Institute for Security Studies
Leonie Mangold – Vice Chairman at ESDA, Special Project Sales Consultant at Powelltronics
Jean-Pierre (JP) Smith – Councillor, City of Cape Town
